Order Processing
All of our sweet bags and gift packages are freshly prepared to order. Please allow 1–3 working days for your order to be processed and packed before dispatch.
During busy periods, seasonal events, or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer. We will always do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Delivery
Orders are shipped using trusted delivery partners. Delivery times are estimates only and begin once your order has been dispatched.
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
- Express Delivery (where available): 1–2 working days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, and peak seasonal periods.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in tracking your parcel.
While we will work with our courier partners to resolve delivery issues, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier once an order has been dispatched.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged packaging and products. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
