Returns & Refunds Policy

At its time 4 candy, all of our custom bags of sweets are freshly made to order and sealed specifically for each customer.

Due to the perishable nature of our products and for hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom-made bags of sweets once an order has been prepared, dispatched, or delivered.

We take great care to ensure every order is accurately packed and arrives in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with the quality of your sweets, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review the matter and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
